01 Arrival at Islamabad Upon arrival at Islamabad Airport by ___at ___Hrs. Meet  speaking guide with transport and transfer to hotel for overnight. (No meals).

About 35 minutes drive from airport to hotel in Rawalpindi and for hotels in Islamabad it takes about 45 minutes.

02 Islamabad-Taxila -Sukkur After breakfast drive to Taxila for full day sightseeing.

Taxila is 35km from Islamabad and near about 1 hour drive. At Taxila we will visit: Museum, Sirkap, Jaulian and Dharmarajika Stupa built by King Ashoka in 03rd century BC.

After an early lunch, drive back to Islamabad. Arrive and transfer to Islamabad airport for the flight to Sukkur by PK____at___Hrs.

Arrive Sukkur and transfer to the hotel. Visit Sukkur Bazar and Indus River to see Mohanas people.

Transfer to hotel for dinner & overnight at hotel.

03 Sukkur – Mohenjodaro Excursion Full day visit Mohenjodaro.

Mohenjodaro is about 130km, 3 and half hour’s drive from Sukkur. It was one of the largest cities of the ancient Indus Valley Civilization, which developed around 3000 BCE from the prehistoric Indus culture. Hot Lunch will be served at local restaurant. After lunch visit Mohenjodaro Museum,

Lunch at local restaurant, after sightseeing, drive back to Sukkur.

Arrive and transfer to hotel for dinner and overnight.

04 Sukkur – Uch, Drawer Fort – Multan Drive from Sukkur to Multan on Motorway via Uch Sharif and Drawer Fort.

Visit Uch (Bibi Jawindi Monument which is an insignificant town today but during the 13th century it was an important center for religious, cultural and literary pursuits and attracted scholars, saints Poets and Pirs from several parts of Asia.

Derawar Fort is a large square fortress in Pakistan near Bahawalpur. The Fort was built by Hindu Rajput Royal Family of Jaisalmer until captured and completely rebuilt by the Nawab of Bahawalpur in 1733. Later Nawab Mubarak Khan took the stronghold back in 1804. The fort is more impressive from outside than in. Hot lunch will be served in local restaurant.

After visit, continue drive to Multan

Upon arrival at Multan transfer to hotel for dinner and overnight.

05  Multan – Harappa – Lahore  After breakfast visit Shah Rukne Alam tomb and Tomb of Bahudin Zakria.

Later continue drive from Multan to Lahore via Harappa.

Harappa: The Harappan society seems to have been egalitarian, pursuing a rather simple way of life. It is located on an earlier course of the River Ravi. After site visit continue drive to Lahore.

Upon arrival at Lahore, transfer to hotel for dinner & overnight.

06 Full Day Lahore After breakfast proceeds for full day Lahore city tour including: Badshahi Mosque, Lahore Fort, Lahore Museum, Shalimar Garden and Anar Kali Bazaar are popular tourist sports in the city.

Lunch at local restaurant

Afternoon visit Anarkali Bazaar, Shalimar Garden and Wagah Border ceremony. Wagah is 25 km from Lahore.  Indeed the flag-lowering ceremony at the end of each day and over the years becomes a tourist destination.

After visit Wagah, drive back to hotel for dinner and overnight.

 07 Lahore – Rohtas Fort – Abbottabad After breakfast drive to Rohtas Fort (World Heritage Site).

Rohtas Fort is one of the most imposing historical monuments, which represents the Pathan period of architecture style in Pakistan. The Fort is the symbol of strengthen and determination of its builder Sher Shah Suri who ruled over India only for six years, 1540-45 A.D.

Lunch at the local restaurant at Dina.

After site visiting Rohtas Fort continue drive to Abbottabad.

Abbottabad – is located in the Hazara region of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province. 50 km northeast of the capital Islamabad and 150 km east of Peshawar. Abbottabad has been attracting tourists to the city since the colonial era, as it is a major transit point to all major tourist regions of Pakistan such as Nathiagali, Ayubia and Naran. The Karakorum, Himalayas and the Hindukush ranges can be approached from Abbottabad and it continues to be a transit city for tourists. After Abbottabad we will pass through the lush green village.

Upon arrival transfer to hotel for dinner and overnight.

08 Abbottabad – Chilas After breakfast, drive to Chilas. Lunch at Besham.

Besham – is the largest town and commercial centre. Shops are famous for China and international goods. In summer this small town is the centre of international and national holiday makers who use this route to visit the Northern areas of Pakistan.

After lunch, continue drive to Chilas.

Chilas – was on the ancient caravan trail over the Babusar Pass into India and on the Indus trail of Besham, and many rock engravings were left by travelers in this area.

Upon arrival transfer to hotel for dinner and overnight.

09 Chilas – Karimabad After breakfast drive from Chilas to Karimabad, while forwarding towards Karimabad on the way you can view the Rakaposhi & Nangaparbat.  

Rakaposhi View Point: It is on the way (about 30 minutes) before Hunza. It is a sort of picnic spot and exceptionally attractive, forcing the traveler to halt for a while.  

Nangaparbat View Point – is the most wonderful view point of great Nanga Parbat. It is a unique place as one can see a perfect view of 8,000m mountain peak

Lunch at local restaurant.

Upon arrival transfer to hotel for dinner and overnight.

10 Full day at Hunza This morning guest should get early and see the Dawn at Hunza & enjoy the sunrise view from Duiker.

After breakfast proceed for full day Hunza visit, including Bazaar, Altit and Baltit Fort.

Altit Fort is about 3 km above from Karimabad. It has been built on a sheer rock-cliff that falls 300 meters (1000 feet) into the Hunza River. It was originally home to the ruler of the Hunza State, who carried the title Mir. It is said that the present language Brushaski was brought here by the white Huns in 47 A.D. After lunch visit to Baltit Fort and Karimabad Bazaar.

Baltit Fort- was the old palace of the Mir of Hunza and was inhabited until the 1950. The Fort is about 800 years old. The local people say that a princess of Baltistan married with reigning Mir and brought with her some Balti masons, carpenters and craftsmen to build Baltit as part of her dowry. It stands on a cliff edge and now is a museum and cultural centre. For a spectacular view of Fort, walk along the irrigation channel that comes from Ultar Glacier. You can also climb the steep path to the hill on the other side of the ravine behind Baltit and walk down to Altit village.

Return to hotel for dinner & overnight.

11 Karimabad – Gulmit After breakfast, drive from Karimabad to Gulmit on Karakorum Highway. On the way to Gulmit visit Rock Carving at Ganish.

Upon arrival at Gulmit, transfer to hotel, afternoon Gulmit sightseeing.

After visit return to hotel for dinner & overnight at Hotel.

12 Gulmit – Gilgit After breakfast, drive from Gulmit to Gilgit, Lunch at Rakaposhi View Point.

Upon arrival at Gilgit, transfer to hotel, afternoon visit Kargah & Gilgit Bazaar, then transfer to hotel for dinner & overnight

13 Gilgit – Islamabad After breakfast, transfer to Gilgit Airport and fly to Islamabad.

NOTE: Flight is subject to weather condition & backlog.

Upon arrival at Islamabad, transfer to hotel. Afternoon proceeds to Sightseeing of Islamabad.

OR in case flight does not operate, drive to Besham.

Transfer to hotel for dinner & overnight at hotel.

14 Islamabad After breakfast, Islamabad sightseeing then drive to Taxila visit including; Julian, Sirkap and Taxila Museum, then transfer to Islamabad Airport for return flight.

OR complete the road journey from Besham to Islamabad Airport via Taxila visit.
