DAY CITY/STATION SCHEDULE
01 ISLAMABAD- NARAN
Drive from Islamabad to Naran via to Abbottabad. 

Abbottabad – is located in the Hazara region of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province. 50 km northeast of the capital Islamabad and 150 km east of Peshawar. Abbottabad has been attracting tourists to the city since the colonial era, as it is a major transit point to all major tourist regions of Pakistan such as NathiagaliAyubia and Naran. The KarakorumHimalayas and the Hindukush ranges can be approached from Abbottabad and it continues to be a transit city for tourists.   

After lunch continues drive to Naran Valley – is located in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The Kunhar River, swollen by glacier melt, meanders its way through the Naran Valley. Makra Peak, Malka Parbat, Lalazar and Saiful Muluk are the main attractions.  

Upon arrival transfer to hotel for dinner & overnight

02 FULL DAY NARAN After breakfast visit Legendary Lake Saif-ul Muluk by jeeps with pack lunch.  

AM: Lake Saiful Muluk – is one of the most beautiful lakes one can imagine to exist on the surface of this earth and called romance, love and adventure. When we talk about this lake, words fail to describe its beauty. Anyone who has been there once can never forget the time that was spent in the company of this enchanting lake.  

PM: Lalazar – is a tremendously picturesque landscape situated at a height 10400 feet. It is about 21 km from Naran valley. Many tourists after visiting Saif-ul-maluk visits Lalazar and stay here. Many adventurers like to camp at Lalazar valley as a base for the hike to Lake Saiful Muluk through Hans Gali. After spending half day, drive back to Naran.

Afternoon return back to hotel for dinner & overnight.

03 NARAN – BABUSAR  PASS-

After early breakfast drive from Naran to visit Babusar pass.

Babusar Pass or Babusar Top is a mountain pass at the north of the 150 km. (93 miles) long Kaghan Valley connecting it via the Thak Nala with Chilas on the Karakoram Highway (KKH). It is the highest point in the Babusar valley that can be easily accessed by cars. Babusar Pass connects Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with Gilgit Baltistan province of Pakistan

Afternoon Drive back to Naran and visit Bazar.

Afternoon return back to hotel for dinner & overnight.

04 Naran – Shogran Drive from Naran to Shogran. 

Shogran – is on a green plateau in Kaghan Valley. Village was affected by the earthquake of 2005. It is 34km from Balakot. From Shogran, you can ride a jeep or horse or hike to several picturesque places like Siri Paye and Makra Peak. Local people are friendly and peaceful.  

Afternoon drive by jeep & visit to Siri Paye – is a beautiful hill station. It is situated in Shogran near the Kaghan valley. Its two different places Siri and Paye and Makra Peak.  

Makra Peak is in Hazara region & is 3,586m high. It is a tourist place with plenty of hotels. Hiking Makra is difficult task due to snow and slope of the peak. Although it can be normal peak to climb, deaths have occurred in storms. Main reason for deaths is too much fog when weather goes bad, and too much slope. Waters of its glacier feed the Kunhar River. In spite of the difficulties, the top offers the scenery of Hazara and Azad Kashmir.  

Afternoon drive back to Naran. Upon arrival transfer to Hotel for dinner and overnight

05 Shogran – Islamabad After breakfast drive to Islamabad via Taxila.   

Taxila: visit Taxila Museum, Julian and Sirkap. (World Heritage Site). Taxila is an archeological Buddhist site dating from 03rd century B.C to 05th century AD.  It’s about 32KM from Rawalpindi / Islamabad and driving time is about 01 hour.  

After visit continue drive to Islamabad.
