01 Islamabad Upon arrival at Islamabad, meet the guide with transport and transfer to hotel for overnight. 
02 Islamabad – Besham

 Chilas

After an early breakfast, drive to Chilas. (13-14 Hrs)

Enroute lunch at PTDC Besham.  

Chilas was on the ancient caravan trail over the Babusar Pass into India and on the Indus trail of Besham, and many rock engravings were left by travelers in this area. Chilas is standing under the shadow of world famous Nanga Parbat.  

Arrive and transfer to hotel for dinner and overnight. 

03 Chilas – Fairy Meadows   Drive from Chilas to Raikot Bridge. Meet the private Jeeps and drive up to Tato.  

From Tato hike to Fairy Meadows. It’s about 3 to 4 hours walk.  

Arrive and transfer to Raikot Sarai for overnight. 

04 Fairy Meadows –

Bayal Camp Excursion

AM hike up-to Bayal camp. It is about 2.5 hours for going up and for coming back, its 2 hours.  

PM free at Fairy Meadow

Lunch, dinner & overnight at Raikot Sarai.

05 Fairy Meadows – Rama Morning walk down to Tatto. Take the jeeps and drive till Raikot Bridge.  

Continue drive till Rama, is located just a little ahead of Astore, around 11 kilometers from main Astore. Rama is a beautiful combination of Ice cold and milk white water flowing in streams, sheep and cows grazing. Nanga Parbat’s south ridge is also visible from Rama Meadow.

Enjoy the dinner around a blazing campfire accompanied by the ghostly music of the pines, as they rustle in the soft cool winds.

06 Rama – Skardu After breakfast drive to Skardu – is the capital of Baltistan is perched 2,438 meters above sea level in the backdrop of the great peaks of the Karakorum. The maximum temperature is 27 C and minimum (October) 8 C. Apart from its incomparable cluster of mountain peaks and glaciers Baltistan’s five valleys – Shigar, Skardu, Khaplu, Rondu and Kharmang are well-known for their juicy peaches, apricots, apples and pears.

Lunch, dinner & overnight at the hotel. 

07 Skardu Full day sightseeing of Skardu valley including Sadpara Carving, Skardu Bazaar, Shigar Valley and Organic Village. In the springtime its banks are adorned by a multitude of colorful flowers, while the trees are laden with peach, apricot and apple blossoms. The lake offers great opportunities for trout fishing.  

Lunch, dinner & overnight at the hotel.

08 Full day Hushe Valley excursion The Hushe Valley runs from Masherbrum Mountain 7821m, south to the Shyok River, opposite Khaplu. Hushe, the last village up the valley is about 140 kilometers east of Skardu and is the starting point for treks to various summer pastures up five glaciers.  

Lunch, dinner & overnight at the hotel. 

09 Skardu – Hunza After breakfast drive from Skardu to Hunza.

Enroute lunch at Astak Nala. The Hunza Valley is one of the most miraculous places and called Pakistan Paradise on the earth.  

Upon arrival transfer to hotel for dinner and overnight. 

10 Karimabad Full day city tour of Hunza valley including Karimabad Bazaar, Altit Fort and Baltit Fort. The majestic  

Altit Fort is about 3 km above from Karimabad. It has been built on a sheer rock-cliff that falls 300 meters (1000 feet) into the Hunza River. It has wood-carving and better preserved rooms. The fort is best photographed from the hill to the east, immediately upriver. It was originally home to the ruler of the Hunza State, who carried the title Mir. It is said that the present language Brushaski was brought here by the white Huns in 47 A.D.

After lunch visit to Baltit Fort and Karimabad Bazaar.  

Baltit Fort- was the old palace of the Mir of Hunza and was inhabited until the 1950. The Fort is about 800 years old. The local people say that a princess of Baltistan married with reigning Mir and brought with her some Balti masons, carpenters and craftsmen to build Baltit as part of her dowry. It stands on a cliff edge and now is a museum and cultural centre. For a spectacular view of Fort, walk along the irrigation channel that comes from Ultar Glacier. You can also climb the steep path to the hill on the other side of the ravine behind Baltit and walk down to Altit village.  

Return to hotel for dinner & overnight.

11 Hunza – Gilgit – Gupis After breakfast drive to Gupis – is located about 112 kilometers (70 miles) in west of Gilgit on the bank of River Gilgit, in District Ghizer of Gilgit-Baltistan region. It is a little valley with Sunnis and Ismailis living in harmony. Gupis has been serving as a junction between Yasin and Phander. It is the central place from all valleys like Phander, Yasin and Ponial etc.

12 Gupis-Mastuj Morning drive to Mastuj, a beautiful village, about 115km from Chitral. It lies at the left bank of Mastuj River.  The jeep track carves its way through the stark and rugged mountains. This traditional route has been used for centuries by the traders for trade between Chitral and Gilgit. The jeep road connects to a wide plateau with a lake and a Polo field. At the famous Shandoor Pass at 12,250 feet.

13 Mastuj-Chitral-Kalash Valley After breakfast jeep drive to Kalash Valley, passing through district Chitral – is an isolated, 320km long valley in the northwestern corner of Pakistan. It is the largest district in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa.  

Continue drive to Kalash Valley, the home of Kafir-Kalash and is a great place to visit for tourists. This is a bunch of 3 little valleys: Barir, Bumbur and Rambur.

Dinner & overnight at hotel.

14 Bamburit Valley Full day visit to Bamburit – is the largest of three valleys about 2 hours jeep drive from Chitral. It is the largest and most commercialized of the three Kalash Valleys.  

Afternoon return to Kalash Valley for dinner and overnight at the hotel.

15 Bamburit – Chitral After breakfast drive to Chitral. Full day visit to Chitral Valley.  

Lunch, dinner and overnight at the hotel.

16 Chitral – Islamabad Fly to Islamabad. Upon arrival transfer to hotel.  

(Optional) After lunch drive to Taxila visit or drive by road to Islamabad.  

Lunch at Local Restaurant at Taxila. 

Dinner & overnight at hotel.

17 Islamabad Full day city tour of Islamabad & Rawalpindi.  

We will start Islamabad sightseeing by visiting the Faisal Mosque, the largest mosque in South Asia and the fourth largest mosque in the world, Shakar Parian, “Sweet Hills” to catch a bird’s eye view of Islamabad. It is the capital of Pakistan and the ninth largest city in the country. We will visit Pakistan Monument and Museum at Shakar Parian, Rawal Lake also.  

After an early dinner transfer to Islamabad Airport for return flight ___ at ___ hrs.
